Viewing Partner account information
By default, the following data columns display for each Partner Account record.

| Nickname | This value is a short, unique name used in reports and notes. | |
| Status |
This value is the status of the account. Accounts are either Enabled, Disabled, or Archived.

Enabled accounts have all permissions (Admin) or are Restricted to select permissions. Partner Accounts can be Disabled if you want to temporarily remove a Partner's access, for example, if they are a seasonal worker. |
| Bookings | This value is the number of bookings processed by the Partner. | Click on this number to access a list of associated bookings within the Booking Index. |
| Last login | This value is the last date and time the Partner logged into their account, including the location from which they logged in. | |
| Commission Group | This value is the Commission Group with which the Partner is associated for Commission report filtering purposes. | |
| Name |
This value is the Partner's First and Last Name, followed by their email address used for notifications and internal communications.

Click on the Partner's Name to access the Edit Account panel with the Partner's Profile and Permissions. |
Sorting your list of accounts
You can sort records by any column within the Partner Account list (ascending or descending) by simply clicking the data column header. By default, Partner Accounts are listed alphabetically by nickname.
Editing the columns for display within your account list
The system displays the Nickname, Status, Bookings, Last Login, Commission Group, and Name columns by default.
Optionally display email addresses and phone numbers within the Partner Account list.

Partner Account ID The system does not display the Account ID by default. This ID is important because it is the Partner ID (or tracking ID) your Partners need to make bookings that are attributed to their Partner account. Learn more about Partner Account IDs here: |
Account ID does not display by default, but this is the Partner ID or tracking ID your Partners need to make bookings attributed to their Partner account.
