Once you have prepared your bookings file, you can import it into Checkfront to quickly add existing or external reservations to your account. This process is ideal when migrating from another system, recording offline bookings, or maintaining historical data for accurate reporting.

Importing the Spreadsheet
Once you have completed the spreadsheet and added all the bookings you wish to import, it's time to import the CSV file into your account.
- Go to Booking > Booking Index.
- Click Import bookings in the toolbar.
- Click Choose File and select your prepared CSV file.
- Click the Submit button to upload your file and open the field mapping screen.
