Once you’ve activated the Gift Certificates add-on, you can create customized Gift Certificates that Customers can purchase directly from your booking page. Gift Certificates help generate new revenue, encourage repeat business, and make it easy for Customers to share their experiences with others.

Creating Gift Certificates
Back to topAfter activating the Gift Certificates integration (as described in the previous article in this series), you are taken directly to the feature's management page. Follow these steps:
You can access the same Gift Certificates screen through your main menu (Inventory > Gift Certificates) if you are elsewhere in the system.
Click the Create Gift Certificate button at the top-left to get started. From there, the system directs you to the Gift Certificate Template Builder, which is described in the following articles.
