Enabling system-wide account settings for Staff Accounts

Discover how to turn on system-wide security and login settings for Staff Accounts to keep your team secure and connected.

Learn how to enable system-wide account settings, including requiring Two-factor Authentication and enabling Google Logins or Microsoft Logins.

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic items, classic products, or both?

• This feature is available in both our classic items version (Inventory > Items) and our classic products version |(Inventory> Products).  → Learn more about products

Click on the Account Settings button to access the following account-wide settings.

Select this setting if all Staff and Partner Accounts need to use Two-Factor Authentication.

Those who still need to turn on Two-Factor Authentication on their accounts are prompted to do so when they log in.

Two-factor Authentication can also be enabled on an individual account by an Admin via Staff and Partner Account settings or by the Staff or Partner through their account profile.

You can use this setting if you need all Staff and Partner Accounts to log in with their Google account.

Turning on this setting automatically enables the Google SSO integration (Manage > Integrations > Google SSO)

By selecting this option, you can turn on Microsoft Logins system-wide for Staff and Partner Accounts so that they can log in with their Microsoft email address and password.
