Give your team the right tools when making bookings. The Staff Calendar setting controls whether Staff see a calendar in the left sidebar of the Staff booking interface. This view makes checking availability easier at a glance, or you can hide it to simplify the workflow.

Displaying the Staff calendar
Select Show or Hide to specify whether the booking calendar shows on the Staff booking page. This calendar typically displays on the left sidebar when Staff make a booking.
Show or Hide the Staff Calendar
Follow these steps to manage the Staff Calendar:
- Go to Manage > Layout > Booking Page.
- Scroll to the Staff Calendar option.
- Select either:
- Show – display a calendar in the Staff booking sidebar
- Hide – remove the calendar from the sidebar
- Click the Save button to apply your changes.
- Log in as a Staff user and open the booking page to confirm whether the calendar displays (or is hidden).
