Accessing Partner permissions
By default, a Partner account is enabled and gives all Partner permissions.
Partner-specific Permissions
You can give Partners a combination of Partner-specific permissions as needed.
Process Cash POS Payments
This permission enables the Partner to process payments by POS Cash.
Process payments via Payment Provider
This permission enables the Partner to process credit card payments through your Payment Provider.
Process Account Receivable payments (billed later)
This permission enables the Partner to charge the Customer for the booking using a third-party payment method and then owe that amount to your business on an accounts receivable basis.
This feature also includes a field to collect a payment code. This field can contain any value and can be used to identify payments or capture a 3rd-party code, such as a voucher code. The Transaction report (Reports > Transaction) includes the payment code.
Product/Item and Category Access Restrictions
You can also restrict Partner account access by category or product/item. By default, the system selects all products/items and categories.
To remove access, remove the check mark next to the category or product/item. Don't forget to click the Save button to save your changes!
Use the Select All and Select None buttons to add or remove all permissions with a single click, rather than selecting each permission individually.
Expand/Collapse permission sections
Click the Expand/Collapse icon at the top of the Permissions list to quickly and easily expand or collapse the permission sections in one click!
