Managing inventory display
Displaying the number of items/products available to customers
You can display the number of bookable inventory available to customers by selecting the Number of items/products available to customers option from the Show setting.
Displaying unavailable items/products
If you select the Unavailable items/products option from your Show setting, you can display all Customer-facing items/products regardless of availability. Items/products displayed in red are not bookable at that time.
Showing unavailable items/products is a great way to showcase your bookable inventory for alternate dates.
Displaying sold out items/products
Similar to showing unavailable items/products, selecting the Sold out items/products option from your Show setting allows your Customers to see the items/products that are currently sold out to find an alternate date.
How to configure inventory display (show) options
- Go to Manage → Layout → Booking Page.
- Scroll to the Show setting.
- Enable the options you want by checking the boxes:
- Number of items/products available to Customers
- Unavailable items/products
- Sold out items/products
- Click the Save button.
- Open your Booking Page (or preview) and verify:
- Available items show counts
- Unavailable items appear (in red) but are not clickable
- Sold-out items also show up, so users know what’s out of stock
