Reporting on commissions for Partners
From their Dashboard, Partners can view bookings made with their unique Partner ID and see the up-to-date status of payouts.
Reporting on payouts for Partners
The Payout List (Booking > Payout List) provides Partners with a list view of commission-eligible items/products and their expected payouts.
Reporting on commissions for Admin/Staff
On the Administrative end, a Commission Report can be viewed from the main menu when logged in as an Administrator. The view is similar to the Partner's, but as an Admin, you can mark a commission as Paid.
To do this, first, check off the bookings you would like to mark as Paid.
Next, click the Paid button to mark the commission as Paid. Marking the commission as Paid updates the Commission Status.
You can also do the reverse, with the option to mark the commission as Owed if you have updated the status in error.
