You can generate new iCal feeds to link to your external calendars to resolve this. |

- Number of Staff Bookings
- Number of Booking Page Visitors (learn more below)
- Percentage Conversion Rate (learn more below)

Snapshot E-mail (Weekly Summary) Conditions
|
What does the Booking Page Visitors in the Snapshot E-mail (Weekly Summary) email refer to? Any new visitor to your Customer-facing booking page counts for this report. The system checks if the visitor has a browser cookie for your booking page. If they do, it counts as one visit even if they visit across multiple booking widgets or visit the same booking page numerous times in a short period. Note that if the visitor uses an incognito browser tab, clears their browser cookies, or hasn't visited your booking page in a while, the system counts them as a new visitor. |
What does the Conversion Rate in the Snap Shot E-mail (Weekly Summary) refer to? The conversion rate is the percentage of visitors to your Booking Widget / Hosted Booking page that book out of the total number of visitors for the specified period. The conversion rate is calculated as follows: In Checkfront terms, the conversion rate equals the number of website bookings divided by the total number of page views of items/products on the Booking Widget / Hosted Booking Page multiplied by 100, for example: 50 bookings/1000 views x 100 = 5% conversion rate To find out more about website visitors and conversion rates, visit the following blog post: |
