Setting up in Nutshell
Back to topTo link Checkfront to Nutshell, you must enter some API details from Nutshell into your Checkfront account. You can follow these instructions to obtain those API details.
Once you create your account with Nutshell, log in and click the plus (+) icon and then the Import option in the left-hand side menu.
From there, you see a detailed menu separated into various categories. The last category, Connections, has a menu item labelled API keys. Click on this.
If you've been using Nutshell for a while, you may have created other API keys. If this is the case, the keys are listed on this page. Click on the Add API key link to add a new API key.
In the pop-up box, enter a Name for the API key. Something simple like Checkfront is acceptable.
Next, choose API access from the Permission field.
Click the green New API key button to complete the API key creation.
Your new API key now displays on the page. Click on the listing to open another pop-up box to copy the API key.
Once you copy the alpha-numeric string of characters, head back to your Checkfront dashboard.
