What prerequisites are there?
- Admin permissions to Manage your account and Integrations.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new, or both?
- Your account must have access to items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront.
- This integration is not yet supported with products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Zoho CRM is a hosted Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, part of the (much) larger Zoho Suite. Zoho CRM is a popular low-cost alternative to Salesforce.
Integration Overview
Our integration with Zoho allows us to automatically create new leads and contacts or update existing ones in Zoho when a booking is created via Checkfront.
In addition, the integration automatically creates a new event or note within Zoho and attaches to it the Booking Summary. If you are an existing Zoho user, this ensures your Customer records are kept in sync, and you can take full advantage of the many Customer management tools of Zoho CRM.

Update Required Suppliers with the Zoho CRM integration V1 activated (before December 2019) need to update to the latest version (V2) by December 31, 2019, to continue using the Zoho CRM integration. From the Zoho page, please select Accept to allow Checkfront to access data in your Zoho account, and your Zoho CRM integration is updated to the latest version! If, for some reason, you miss the deadline and update after December 31, 2019, then your bookings won't be interrupted, but you have to manually sync those bookings with Zoho. You can do this by following these steps...
