System Snapshot Overview
Back to topThe System menu (Manage > System) link takes you to a snapshot view of your system and some of its functionality. Here, you find quick links to manage your Subscription, System Users, Database, and more!
Subscription
Back to topHere you can see your current Subscription plan. Click Modify to change your plan or Modify your payment details.
Click Close to view account closure options.

Annual Bookings
Back to topCommunicates the number of bookings processed through your system during your annual booking volume period.

Software
Back to topShows the current Checkfront software version on your account. Click Updates to view the latest updates to the system or visit https://updates.checkfront.com/.
Network Location
Back to topShows the node on which your Checkfront account is located. Click Status to view the system status and network performance, or visit https://checkfront.statuspage.io/.

Unique Webhook Limit

Customers
Back to topShows how many Customers you currently have in your system. Click View to view a report of your current Customers.

Database Size
Back to topShows the size of your current account database. Click Export to export your entire system database in XML format. This cannot be re-imported into your or any other Checkfront account and is for external use only.
Click Admin to purge various system records. This is particularly useful for clearing out sample records after testing your system before going live with real Customers.

Total Bookings
