Report overview
Back to topThe Cash-out report provides a view into payments, outstanding amounts, and refunds applicable to the selected date's bookings.
Bookings listed include those where the selected date falls within their service range, where the selected date is between the booking's absolute start and end dates.
The report defaults to today's date. Use the date selector field top right to change the date.
List of bookings that have outstanding payments for bookings occurring on the day in focus.
Displayed are the Customer name and booking number, the status of their arrival, the amount charged for the booking, and the amount paid with the balance owing.
Click on the booking number to open the invoice in a separate tab.
Unearned Revenue
Back to topLists payments that have been received for bookings that have not yet taken place. Once the booking happens, the revenue is considered earned.
Displayed are the Customer name and booking number, the start date of the booking, the amount charged for the booking, the amount paid, any applicable refunds, and the balance owing.

Deposits Redeemed
Back to topLists payments made before the date in focus for bookings starting on this day.
Displayed are the Customer name and booking number, the amount charged for the booking, the amount paid, any applicable refunds, and the balance owing.

This section details any payments made towards those bookings before the current day. The balance owing is the balance at the start of the current day, not the total balance on the invoice. These are not to be confused with bank deposits, which we do not have visibility into or cannot report on at this time. |
Ledger

Payment Provider
Back to topLists payments for the selected date grouped by the Payment Provider(s) through which they were processed.
The information displayed includes the name of the Payment Provider, the number of transactions, debits, credits, and the net total.
