Report overviewBack to top
The Booking Traffic report is a snapshot of your Web bookings, Staff bookings, and website Visitors for the date range chosen.
Learn more about your reporting options here:
Showing the chartBack to top
By default, the chart at the top of the page displays. This chart illustrates new bookings over time through bar and line graphs. The increments of time are determined by the date period selected.
Web Bookings are displayed as light blue bars. These are all bookings not processed through the Staff-side of Checkfront.
Staff Bookings are displayed as dark blue bars. These are all bookings processed through the Staff-side of Checkfront.
The red line graph reflects visitors to the Customer Booking page (Customers > Customer Booking page).
Traffic reports are not available per hour, only for specific dates over some time.
To display the chart if hidden, click the Show Chart icon at the top right corner of the page.
Hiding the chartBack to top
Choose to Hide Chart to remove the Booking Traffic chart from the report. You can then display the chart again by selecting the Show Chart icon.
Filtering by dateBack to top
By default, the report shows you the Last 3 months of data, but this can easily be modified by clicking the Date dropdown just above the Date column and selecting another preset period.
The date filter preset options shown include This month, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 Months, and All bookings.
You can report on a select date or date range by choosing the Custom option. This opens a date selector from which you can select a specific date or date range.
Remembering filtersBack to top
You can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features so that you don't have to repeatedly select your preferred filters.
