The Transaction report enables you to view a list of your transactions based on date range, Payment Type, Payment Status, Staff Member and Category of transaction.

Choose a date range for your report here. Defaults to the last 30 days. Other options include Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last Month, Last 30 Days. There is also a custom option that will enable you to choose your own start and end days for the report, as shown below.
- Payment TypeBack to top
Filter your transactions report by payment type such as POS, Visa, Mastercard or Gift Certificate.
- StatusBack to top
Filter your transactions based on the payment status. This includes Paid, Refund and Chargeback transactions.
- StaffBack to top
Filter your transactions based on the staff member who processed it.
- CategoryBack to top
Filter your transactions based on the inventory category.
- Search TransactionsBack to top
Enter a search term in this field to find a particular transaction(s). Entering "Davis" here would single out Davis Jackson's transactions, for example.
- Clear FiltersBack to top
Clear your Transaction report filters and sorting to find additional or other data.
ColumnsBack to top
The columns menu allows you to choose exactly which information is and isn't included in the report you are generating.
Simply check a column from the drop-down menu to include it in the report, or uncheck it to leave it out.
To reorder the columns in your report, click and hold your mouse over the "dots" by each column title and drag it to where you'd like it to be. Click save when ready and your report should be updated with the changes you've made.
Click on the top of any column to adjust the sort order of the report based on that column, for example, Item Names, Transaction ID, Booking Date, and Amount.

You can export your transactions report using the link in the top right corner, next to the columns button.
You are able to enter a name for the report and choose the output format.

The report can be saved to your computer, an email or Google Drive.
