The Transaction report enables you to view a list and total Amount of your payment transactions for a select period based on the Date of the payment; regardless, of when the booking was processed.
You can filter the report by Date or Date Range, Payment Type, Event, Staff member, Category or keyword Search.
In addition, you can customize the data Columns displayed and Export your search results, if needed.

Choose a Date range for your report here. Options include Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last Month, and Last 30 Days (default). There is also a Custom option that will enable you to choose your own start and end dates for the report.
Filter your transactions report by Payment Type such as POS, Visa, Mastercard, or Gift Certificate. Filter by one or more Payment Types at a time.
Filter your transactions based on one or more payment Events. This includes Paid, Refund, and Chargeback transactions.

Filter your transactions based on the Staff member who processed it. Select one or more Staff members as needed.
Have a long list of Staff members? Simply, type their name in the Search field at the top of the Staff filter to quickly limit the list of options to their name.

Filter your transactions based on the inventory Category, by selecting one or more categories from the menu list.
Enter the name of the Category in the Search box at the top of the filter to find the Category you need fast if you have a long list of Categories maintained!
- Search TransactionsBack to top
Enter a Search term in this field to find a particular transaction(s). For example, entering TGDP-220720 would bring up the matching booking.
- Clear FiltersBack to top
Clear your search and filtering by selecting the X icon within each filter or at the end of the filter row.

You can configure your personal account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features so that you don't have to repeatedly select your preferred filters.

Report ColumnsBack to top
The following are the default columns for the Transactions report.
- Transaction IDBack to top
The unique identifier for the booking. Clicking on the Transaction ID opens the related booking invoice.
The Date and time the booking was initially processed.
The latest Event related to the booking - Paid, Refund, or Chargeback.
- AmountBack to top
The total Amount of the Booking.
The Payment Type associated with the booking, for example, Visa, POS - Cash or Gift Certificate.
- User AccountBack to top
The name of the Staff member or Partner that processed the booking. The booking may also have been processed by the Customer through the website or a mobile device.
- Payment CustomerBack to top
The primary Customer or Booker associated with the booking and payment.
- Payment ProviderBack to top
The Payment Provider through which the payment was processed, where applicable. This includes third party channels such as GetYourGuide, Reserve with Google, and Viator.
- Provider TransactionBack to top
The Payment Provider's unique identifier for the Transaction processed.
- Booking DateBack to top
The Date of the Booking.
- InfoBack to top
Click on Details to view payment Transaction Details where applicable.
- Item NamesBack to top
The Names of the Items associated with the booking.
- Provider FeeBack to top
The Provider's Fee for processing the payment e.g. Stripe's processing fee.
- Payment MaskBack to top
Last 4 digits of the credit card number, where applicable.
- Name on CardBack to top
The Names on the payment Card, where applicable e.g. John Smith.
- Partner AccountBack to top
The Partner Account name associated with the Partner that processed the booking.
- Customer IDBack to top
The Customer account ID associated with Booker.
Click on the top of any Column to adjust the sort order of the report based on that Column.
Column ManagementBack to top
Over on the right side of the screen, you will see an icon labeled Edit columns. This provides access to the Columns management modal.
From the Columns management modal, simply deselect any Columns you don't wish to include. Reorder Columns by clicking on the pattern of dots to the left of each one and moving it into a new position.
ExportBack to top
You can Export your transactions report using the link in the top right corner.
From Export modal, you are able to enter a name for the report and choose the output format.
- Save As
Allows you to specify the name of the Export file. By default, the file name is the name of the report. You can edit the name of the file if needed by placing focus on the Save as field and entering the desired name.
Export report to MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (Comma-separated Value), PDF (Portable Document Format) or XML (eXtensible Markup Language).
- Save To
The report can be saved to your Computer, Email, or Google Drive.
Choose to Export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns that you have chosen to hide in the online report view.
- Max Rows
Choose to limit the maximum number of rows to Export (Max Rows) or choose to Export All Rows.
Use ISO Dates allows you to choose the format of dates within the Export.
- When selected, you see the format YYYY-DD-MM, for example, 2020-06-09.
- When not selected, you see the format as configured with the Date Format setting (Manage > Setup > Locale).
