Bulk Inventory EditBack to top
Select the pencil icon next to the inventory item to Bulk Edit inventory availability across multiple days.
- Edit Select Dates and TimesBack to top
Do you need to Bulk Edit select dates and times? First, open the item on the desired date and then select cells as needed. Click on the cells a second time, if you need to remove a selection.
Next, click Edit to open the Inventory Edit modal.
From the Inventory Edit modal, you can revise the number of inventory Available by toggling the control up (+) to increase inventory or down (-) to decrease inventory. Base Inventory Quantity is displayed for reference purposes.
The number displayed within the inventory Available toggle does not factor in inventory already consumed by bookings. The actual number Available is apparent within the main Inventory Calendar once you save your changes.
If you are using Product and your Inventory is based on assets, then the list of associated assets is displayed here within the Inventory section.
From the Inventory Edit modal, you can further refine which inventory is edited.
Depending on your configuration and selections for edit, all the inventory listed may already be selected.
Use the Select All button to expand your selections as needed. For example, you can select additional timeslots for the same day.
Select None can be used to clear all and then revise your selections.
Finally, add a note to the Activity Log to communicate important information regarding the adjustment, such as the reasoning behind the change.
The Activity Log supports a maximum of 260 characters.
- Edit All DaysBack to top
Do you need to Edit All Days for an item? Then, with the Inventory Calendar in Bulk Edit mode (pencil icon selected), click on the option to Edit All Days to open the Inventory Edit modal.
From here you can make your adjustments to Available inventory, deselect any Apply to dates not needed, and add a note to the Activity Log.
Expand select dates to view associated timeslots or flex time to review or deselect.
Finally, Save your changes to commit your edits!
Bulk Edits cannot be made across multiple items. Adjustments can only be made on a per-item basis.
Manual adjustments to numbers in the Inventory Calendar trigger updates to myallocator, including for aliased items.
