Create Bookings
|
- Allows the account holder to create Staff-side bookings through the main menu (Booking > New Booking) or anywhere a New Booking button is displayed in the back office.
|
|
Modify Bookings
|
- Allows the account holder to add and Remove items from an existing booking via the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Edit).
- This permission must be checked in order to enable the following permissions.
- Modify booking packages
- Modify booking taxes
- Modify booking pricing

|
Modify Booking Packages
|
- Allows the user to add and Remove packaged add-ons from an item from an existing booking via the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Edit > Remove)
- The Modify booking permission must be checked for the account in order to enable and select this permission.

|
Modify Booking Pricing
|
- Allows the account holder to modify the Subtotal of an item from an existing booking via the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Edit > Change > Subtotal)
- The Modify booking permission must be checked for the account in order to enable and select this permission.

|
Modify Booking Taxes
|
- Allows the account holder to add or Remove taxes from an existing booking via the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Remove).
- The Modify booking permission must be checked for the account in order to enable and select this permission.

|
Void (delete) Bookings
|
- Allows the account holder to select the Void status when changing the status of a booking from the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice) for POS and TEST transactions only. Bookings with live payments processed through a payment provider cannot be set to the status of VOID.

|
Partner Attribution
|
- Allows the account holder to view and utilize the Change Partner Attribution button within the Booking Invoice (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Change Partner Attribution)

|
Email Customers
|
|
|
Overbook Items
|
- Allows the account holder to overbook items when the Overbooking allowance rule (Manage > Rules) is active.
|
|
View Calendars
|
- Allows the account holder to view the Calendar menu, providing access to all Calendars.
|
|
RSS and iCal Feeds
|
- Allows the account holder to access the Add to External Calendar feature on the Booking Calendar.
|
|
View Customer List
|
- Allows the account holder to view the Customers menu and access the Customer Directory and direct link to the Customer Booking Page.
- This permission must be checked in order to enable and select the Edit Customers permission.

|
Edit Customers
|
- Allows the user to edit Customer Details in the Customer Directory.
- The View Customer List must be checked for the account in order to enable and select this permission.
|
|
Process Payments
|
- Allows account holder to access the Add Payment feature on the Booking Details: Invoice page (Booking Details > Booking Invoice).
- This permission must be checked in order to enable and select the Process Refunds permission.

|
Process Refunds
|
- Allows the account holder to access the Refund feature on the Booking Details: Transactions page (Booking Details > Booking Invoice > Transactions).
- The Process Payments permission must be checked in order to enable and select this permission.

|
Process Accounts Receivable Payments (Billed Later)
|
- Allows the account holder to charge the Customer for the booking, using a third party payment method, and which is then owed to your business on an Account Receivable basis.
- This feature also includes a field to collect a Payment Code. This field can be filled with any value and used to help identify the payments or capture a 3rd party code, such as a voucher code. The Payment Code is included in the Transaction report (Reports > Transaction).

Manage Gift Certificates
|
- Allows the account holder to view and access the Gift Certificates (Inventory > Gift Certificates) functionality.
- This only gives access to access and edit Gift Certificates that have been Issued.
- Your account's plan must include Gift Certificates.

Issue Gift Certificates
|
- Allows the account holder to view and access the Issue Gift Certificates button and related steps to generate Staff-issued Gift Certificates.
- Your account's plan must include Gift Certificates.

Manage Gift Certificate Items
|
- Allows the account holder to view and access the Gift Certificate Settings (Inventory > Gift Certificates) button and to edit Gift Certificate Items via the Inventory list (Inventory > Items).
- Your account's plan must include Gift Certificates.

View Items
|
- Allows the account holder to view and access Inventory and Items (Inventory > Items).
- This permission must be checked in order to enable and select the Manage Items permission.

|
Manage Items
|
- Allows the account holder to add (+ New Item) and edit Items. (Inventory > Items).
- Allows the account holder to add (+ New New Category) and edit Categories (Inventory > Categories).
- Allows the account holder to import Items (Inventory > Import).
- The View Items permission must be checked in order to enable and select this permission.

|
- Allows the account holder to add (+ New Item Event) and edit Item Events (Inventory > Item Events).
- Allows the account holder to add (+ New Ruleset) and edit Item Rules (Inventory > Rules).

|
- Allows the account holder to view and access Inventory Discounts (Inventory > Discounts).
|
|
Manage Discounts
|
- Allows the account holder to add (+New Discount) and edit Inventory Discounts (Inventory > Discounts).

Manage Notifications
|
- Allows the account holder to view the Notifications list. (Manage > Notifications).
- Allows the account holder to add (+ New Notification) and edit Notifications.

|
Change Daily Inventory Availability
|
- Allows the account holder to adjust stock Availability within the Inventory Calendar.
- With the Inventory Calendar - New Experience, this permission also provides access to the Inventory, Booking and Activity Log tabs.

- Allows the account holder to access and view the Promotions report (Reports > Other Reports > Promotions).

Occupancy

- Allows the account holder to access and view the Occupancy report (Reports > Other Reports > Occupancy).

- Allows the account holder to view the menu item for and access Site Builder (Manage > Site Builder)
- Your account's plan must include Site Builder to gain access to configuration pages.

View Documents
|
- Allows the account holder to access and view Waivers & Documents (Bookings > Waivers & Documents) providing your plan supports Waivers & Documents.
- Your account's plan must include Waivers & Documents.

|
Manage Document Templates
|
- Allows the account holder to access and view Templates (Bookings > Waivers & Documents > Templates).
- Allows the account holder to edit existing Waivers & Documents.
|
|
View Document Log
|
- Allows the account holder to view the Activity Log for Waivers & Documents (Bookings > Waivers & Documents > Waivers & Documents > Settings > Activity Log).

Delete Documents
|
- Allows the account holder to Delete Waivers & Documents (Booking > Waivers & Documents > Sent & Submitted > Booking ID > Documents > Open View menu)
- This permission also requires that the Allow Admins to Delete Documents setting is enabled (Booking > Waivers & Documents > Settings > Document Retention).
- Once voided, Waivers & Documents cannot be viewed in any way or unvoided.
