Locating unattributed waivers
Back to topHas a Customer signed a standalone waiver from the Kiosk or Public Directory, and now you need to find it to attribute to their booking? You can follow these steps to find an unattached waiver and attribute it to a booking:
1. Access and view all filled-in and submitted waivers in the All Documents section in the Waivers & Documents area (Booking > Waivers & Documents > Sent & Submitted).
2. Find any documents without a Booking ID in the Booking column. These documents are not attributed to a booking yet.
3. Attach the document to a booking from the Documents tab when editing an invoice and choose the Attribute Documents button.
