Where can I find this feature using the top menu?
Once the Membership feature has been enabled in Checkfront Labs, you can find the Details tab of the Membership Builder feature via the following menus.
- Manage or Customers > Memberships > Create or edit memberships > Details tab
What more do I need to use this feature?
- The Memberships - Members only Products feature needs to be enabled by Admins for all Staff through Checkfront Labs (Manage > Checkfront Labs)

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new or both?
- Your account must have access to products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our new version of Checkfront. This feature is not available for use with items (Inventory > Items) in our classic version. → Learn more about products.
Setting up the details of your membership plan
Back to topFrom the Details tab of the Membership Builder (Inventory or Customers > Memberships > Membership Builder > Details), you can add or edit your membership plan details.
Specifying membership plan names
Back to topEnter or edit the name of your membership plan, for example:

Editing membership SKUs
Back to topThe SKU is generated for your membership plan automatically when you enter the Membership Name.
You can add or edit the unique identifier for your product. This can be any combination of letters and or numbers. No other membership plans can use the same SKU.
Selecting, changing, and creating membership categories
Back to topYou can select, change, or create the category associated with your membership plan.
Categories are used externally within the Customer Booking Page and Staff-side reports and tools. Categories determine the organization and presentation of your membership plans.
Need help finding the category you need on the list? Open the Category menu, start typing the name of the category and then select it from the list.
You can also create a new category by typing the new category name directly into the field provided.
