- Your account must have access to products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our new version of Checkfront. This feature is not available for use with items (Inventory > Items) in our classic version. → Learn more about products.
Customizing email notifications on your productBack to top
With this product setting, you can include additional information within existing, active email notifications when this product is booked.
You can find this setting within the Product Builder (Inventory > Product) under the Advanced tab and Additional Product Settings section.
Check out the following instructions to get started.
|1. Toggle the Add additional details option to enable the message field.|
2. Enter a product-specific message in the message area provided.
Use our editor to format the description for display. Format the text using the options provided (format, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, lists, link, line, align, size, text colour) or work with HTML code (<>).
