Learn how to manage the membership plans within your Memberships list, including filtering by keyword search, editing, archiving, and reporting on your memberships. We point you to where to find information on exporting, archiving, and deleting products.

Once the Membership feature has been enabled in Checkfront Labs, you can find the feature via the following menus.
- Inventory > Memberships
- Customers > Memberships
What more do I need to use this feature?
- The Memberships feature needs to be enabled by Admins for all Staff through Checkfront Labs (Manage > Checkfront Labs).

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new or both?
- Your account must have access to products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our new version of Checkfront. This feature is not available for use with items (Inventory > Items) in our classic version. → Learn more about products.

Once created, membership plans are listed on the Memberships page.
Viewing your Membership plans list
The following information is displayed for each membership listing.
|This is the name you have given the membership plan. This name is displayed to both Customers and Staff.
|Number of Products
This is the number of products that apply to this membership plan.
You can click on the link to be taken directly to the Products tab of the Membership Builder, where you can edit the selected products.
|Number of Members
|This is the number of members who are part of the membership plan.
|This is the status of the membership plan.
Filtering your Memberships list by keyword search
You can filter your list by keyword Search of the Membership Name field by entering a keyword in the field provided. The list is filtered as you type.
Editing your membership plans
Click the Membership Name (or pencil icon) within the membership plan listing to open the Details tab of the Membership Builder and start editing your membership plan.
Click the Number of Products within the membership plan listing to open the Products tab of the Membership Builder and start editing the products associated with your membership plan.
Archiving membership plans
Click the trash can icon next to the membership plan listing to archive the membership plan from your account.
Archiving the membership plan deactivates the membership for Members. Archived plans are no longer visible on the Customer Profile page.
The membership products that were associated with the archived membership plan are no longer visible on your Booking pages.
Any products under other membership plans remain visible to those Members.
Reporting on membership plan activity
Actions taken by Staff on membership plans are recorded in the Account Activity report (Reports > Account Activity). Here you have a historical record of when, who, and what actions are taken on membership plans. For example, the following actions are logged:
- A membership plan is created, updated, or archived.
- A product is added or removed from a membership plan.
- A membership discount is enabled or disabled.
- A Customer is registered or unregistered as a member.
