Where can I find this feature using the top menu?
Once the Membership feature has been enabled in Checkfront Labs, you can view memberships for Customers via the following menu.

Inventory > Products > Products > Add Product/Add New Product/Edit Product > Details
What more do I need to use this feature?
- The Memberships - Members only Products feature needs to be enabled by Admins for all Staff through Checkfront Labs (Manage > Checkfront Labs)

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new or both?
- Your account must have access to products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our new version of Checkfront. This feature is not available for use with items (Inventory > Items) in our classic version. → Learn more about products.
Viewing membership plans for your products
Back to topYou can view the list of Memberships to which the product is applied from the Details tab of the Product Builder.
This list includes the Number of Members belonging to each membership plan.
You can click on the Membership Name to open the plan within the Details tab of the Membership Builder. From here, you can view and edit the plan as needed.

Changing what you are selling from membership-only products
Back to topYou can change your product from a Members only Product to a standard Product or an Upsell using the What are you selling? setting under the Details tab of the Product Builder.
You must approve changing the product type by clicking the Continue button in the modal presented, as this removes the product from all applied memberships, which impacts any associated members.
