Prerequisites:
- Add to Apple Wallet activated within your Checkfront Account.
- Customers with an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS 6 or later and signed into iCloud.
Adding a Checkfront Booking to Apple Wallet
Back to topOnce you have the Add to Apple Wallet integration activated within your Checkfront account, Customers can Add their booking to Apple Wallet during the booking process from the Customer Receipt page via their Apple mobile device (iPhone or iPod Touch).
Clicking on Add to Apple Wallet initiates the process.

Apple Wallet is supported with iPhone and iPod touch devices running iOS 6 or later. Customers must be signed in to Apple iCloud to add their booking to their Apple Wallet. |
Apple Wallet Pass
Back to topCustomers have the option to either download the Apple Pass (.pkpass) file directly or have it sent to them by email. This file facilitates adding the Checkfront booking to the Customer's Apple Wallet.
- Email Apple Wallet Pass
Back to topEmail me my Wallet is a good option if the Customer needs to forward the file to a supported device or would like to Add the booking to Apple Wallet at a later time.
- Enter their Email Address and click on the Email me my Wallet button.
- Open up the email on a supported device.
- Open the Apple Pass (.pkpass) file while signed in to iCloud.
- When the Pass appears, click on the Add to Wallet button to complete the process.
- Download the Apple Wallet Pass Directly
Back to topThe Customer can also download the Apple Pass (.pkpass) file directly.
- Click on the download it directly link, which is just above the Email Address field.
- Locate the file within the downloads folder on your supported device and open the Apple Pass (.pkpass) file while signed in to Apple iCloud.
- When the Pass appears, click on the Add to Wallet button to complete the process.
Next time the Customer opens the Wallet app on their supported device, the pass will be ready and waiting for them.
