Adding notes
Back to topYou can attach notes to a specific booking using the Add Note field to the right (or below the invoice, depending on your screen size).
Add your note in the field provided (1) and then click the Create button (2) to finish.
Showing notes on the Customer invoice
Back to topSelect Show on invoice, if you also need the note to appear on both the Staff and Customer views of the invoice.
Editing or deleting notes
Back to topDo you need to delete or edit an existing note? The options to Edit or Delete the note are displayed directly above each note once saved.
The Edit option enables the note field so that you can update the note.
The Delete option permanently removes the note from the invoice.
