Editing Items or ProductsBack to top
To change an item or product in a booking, click on the Change button beside the item or product entry from the booking's Edit tab.
Next, from the Change Item/Product modal, select a new Item (or product) from the corresponding dropdown menu. This searches the system for items or products based on the parameters supplied. If there are other items or products available, then they appear in the list and allow you to select one.
If you only wish to see items or products that have availability, then check the box labeled Hide unavailable items.
Selecting a new item or product and changing the quantity or date automatically queries the system and returns a new price. If there is a conflict, then an error message appears.
When a booking has been modified, a new balance is calculated and shows on the invoice. The booking status is also changed as necessary.

To remove an item or product from the invoice, click on the Change button beside the item or product entry and then the red Remove from Invoice button.
If the item or product you're removing has packaged items or products attached to it, then the package contents are removed, as well.
If a payment has already been collected on the invoice, then removing the item does not automatically refund it. Instead, Staff can initiate a refund via the Transactions link above the invoice.
