Back to topThe Date filter allows you to filter results by date range - Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last 7 days, Last month, or All - past bookings.
You can also choose to filter by Custom dates, with the option to select a specific start and end date for the report.
Select All Dates to view all bookings in the system or limit it to All - past bookings, if you are looking for all historical bookings.
By default, the Booking Index displays bookings for the Last 30 days.
Category
Back to topThe Category filter allows you to display bookings with a specific Category (or Categories). Open the menu to select one or more Categories to report on.
Have a long list of Categories? A Search field within the filter allows you to enter the name (or a few letters) of the Category to help you find that elusive Category!
Clear your selection by clicking on the X next to the list of selected Categories.

Tag
Back to topTags identify bookings across Categories. The Tag filter allows you to filter for bookings with a specific Tag (or Tags). Open the menu to select one or more Tags to report on.
Have a long list of Tags? Search by the name (or a few letters) of the Tag to help you narrow down the list and find the Tag(s) you need!
Clear your selection by clicking on the X next to the list of selected Tags.

Item
Back to topThe Item filter allows you to display bookings for a specific Item (or Items). Open the menu to select one or more Items to report on.
Have a long list of Items? Search by the name (or a few letters) of the Item to narrow down the list and spot the Item(s) you need!
Clear your selection by clicking on the X next to the list of selected Items.

Status
Back to topThe Status filter allows you to display bookings with a specific Status (or Statuses). Potential Statuses include: Pending, Reserved, Deposit, Paid, Waiting, Cancelled, Void, and other integration-specific or custom Statuses depending on your configuration and booking history.
Open the menu to select one or more Statuses to report on.
Have a long list of Statuses? Search by the name (or a few letters) of the Status to isolate the Status(es) you need!
Clear your selection by clicking on the X next to the list of selected Statuses.

Back to topYour bookings may come from different Sources. Use this menu to report on bookings made through the website, a mobile device, or your own Staff members/partners.
Open the menu to select one or more Sources to report on.
Have a long list of Sources? Search by the name (or a few letters) of the Source to find the Source(s) you need!
Clear your selection by clicking on the X next to the list of selected Sources.
Search
Back to topSearch the Booking Index by keyword including Booker Name, Booking ID, Email address and more.

This Search takes into consideration filters applied, so if you don't initially find the results you are looking for, try removing filters. |
Share or Bookmark URL
Back to topYou can share a link to the Booking Index! Simply copy the URL from the Booking page browser address bar and paste the link into the desired communication channel. Clicking on the link will bring you to the Booking Index with any Date Source, Date, Category, Tag, Item, Status, and Source filters applied. The Booking Index page can also be bookmarked so that you can quickly and easily return to your preferred view.
In order to access the linked content, recipients of shared links need to have Staff account access to view the Booking Index. They will be prompted to log in if they are not already logged in when they click on the link. Happy sharing!
