Back to topUsing the Date filter you can view results by date range - All, Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 30 days, All - past, Tomorrow, This week, This month, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, or All - upcoming bookings.
You can also filter by Custom dates, with the option to select a specific start and end date for the report.
Select All dates to view all bookings in the system, limit it to All - past bookings if you are looking for all historical bookings, or limit it to All - upcoming bookings to see what's coming up.
By default, the Booking Index displays bookings for the Next 30 days.

The Category filter allows you to display bookings with a specific category (or categories). Open the menu to select one or more categories to report on.
Have a long list of categories? A Search field within the filter allows you to enter the category's name (or a few letters) to help you find that elusive category!
You can clear your choice by clicking on the X next to the category list.

Filtering by tag
Back to topTags identify bookings across categories. The Tag filter allows you to filter for bookings with a specific tag (or tags). Open the menu to select one or more tags to report on.
Have a long list of tags? Search by the tag's name (or a few letters) to help narrow the list and find the tag(s) you need!
You can clear your choice by clicking the X next to the list of selected tags.

Filtering by item/product
Back to topThe Item/Product filter allows you to display bookings for a specific item(s)/product(s). Open the menu to select one or more items/products to report on.
Have a long list of items/products? Search by the name (or a few letters) of the item/product to narrow down the list and spot the item(s)/product(s) you need!
You can clear your choice by clicking the X next to the list of selected items/products.

Filtering by status
Back to topThe Status filter allows you to display bookings with a specific status (or statuses). Potential statuses include Pending, Reserved, Deposit, Paid, Waiting, Cancelled, Pre-booking, Void, and other integration-specific or custom statuses, depending on your configuration and booking history.
Open the menu to select one or more statuses to report on.
Have a long list of statuses? Search by the status's name (or a few letters) to isolate the status(es) you need!
You can clear your choice by clicking the X next to the list of selected statuses.

Back to topYour bookings may come from different sources. Use the Source menu to report on bookings made through the website, a mobile device, or your Staff members/partners.
Open the menu to select one or more sources to report on.
Have a long list of sources? Search by the source's name (or a few letters) to find the source(s) you need!
You can clear your selection by clicking the X next to the list of selected sources.
The Website source reflects bookings submitted from the Customer Booking Page. If the booking portal is integrated into an external website, you can add the Provider column to know the integration type the booking came from, e.g. Droplet, WordPress, etc. |
Filtering by keyword search
Back to topSearch the Booking Index by keyword, including Booker Name, Booking ID, Email address, and more.
This search considers filters applied, so if you don't find the results you are looking for, try removing filters. |
Sharing or bookmarking a URL
Back to topYou can share a link to the Booking Index! Copy the URL from the Booking Page browser address bar and paste the link into the desired communication channel.
Clicking on the link brings you to the Booking Index with any Date Source, Date, Category, Tag, Item/ Product, Status, and Source filters applied.
The Booking Index page can also be bookmarked so that you can quickly and easily return to your preferred view.
To access the linked content, recipients of shared links need to have Staff account access to view the Booking Index. When clicking the link, they are asked to log in if they are not already logged in. Happy sharing!

Back to topYou can configure your account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features, so you don't have to select your preferred filters repeatedly.
