Importing bookings
Back to topAccess our Booking Import feature by clicking on the Import option at the top-right of the page.
From there, you can download our template to help prepare your data for upload. Choose the CSV file for upload, and then submit your file for validation and import!
Each row in the CSV file applies to one booking and requires an Item ID/SKU, Start Date, and Customer Name.
Importing bookings automatically creates and assigns Customer Profiles to the Customers connected with the bookings.

Exporting all displayed bookings
Back to topTo quickly export all the filtered booking information in view, click on the Export option at the top right of the page. The Export modal opens with your export options.

Exporting select listings
Back to topTo export select bookings, choose one or more from the list.
If you select the checkbox at the top of the checkbox column, ALL bookings listed are automatically selected.
Alternatively, you can independently select one or more bookings by checking the boxes next to the Booking Code.
After you select one or more listings, a menu appears at the top of the page with the number of bookings selected and the option to access the Export modal. Click the Export option to open the Export modal.

Export modal
Back to topThe Export modal allows you to choose your preferences for file exports. These options are the same whether you are exporting all or select bookings. Click Export once you are satisfied with your choices.
Save As
Specify the name of the export file. By default, the file name includes the report's name plus the applicable date range. You can edit the file's name by focusing on the Save As field and entering a different name.
Format
Export report to MS Excel (XLSX), CSV (Comma-separated Value), PDF (Portable Document Format), or XML (eXtensible Markup Language).
Save To
The report can be saved to My Computer, Email, or Google Drive.

Columns
Choose to export Visible columns or All columns (if there are columns you have chosen to hide in the online report view).
Max Rows
Limit the maximum number of rows to export (Max Rows) or All Rows.
Formatting
Use ISO Dates allows you to choose the format of dates within the export.
- When selected, you see the format YYYY-DD-MM, for example, 2020-06-09.
- When not selected, you see the format configured with the Date Format setting (Manage > Setup > Locale).
