The Daily Agenda is built around a series of data columns. Each column gives you important information about the customers and guests who are attached to your current bookings. This article will be going through the various columns on the Daily Agenda and providing a bit of an explanation as to what information is displayed in each column.
|Please note that the Daily Agenda is part of the Guest Form add-on. To see a daily list of your bookings without the Guest Form add-on activated you can use the Daily List or Daily Summary found under Booking.|
First up is the name of the items (aka: Products) booked for the selected day. The product name is presented in bold with the name of the product category directly below this.
The start and end times of the booking are displayed in this column. If the product has timeslots, each slot will be displayed as a separate entry.
If an event is an all-day event, this will be presented as the start time. No end time will be shown.
The bookings column shows the number of individual bookings for the item in question on the date selected.
The amount column displays the total amount of money you've received from each booking of that product for the selected day. To see this amount click the Product name and view the amounts received from each booking. The payment status will be set to Paid, Part (Partial), or Pend (Pending).
Clicking the blue Booking ID link will bring you to the Booking the Guests are associated with the booking.
The guest column shows the number of guests booked for that particular product. Clicking the customer name will reveal a summary of the guests associated with the booking
To see a full list of the guest associated with a given booking, click anywhere in customer card to see a list of the guests with the parameter type, full name, and email address on an individual basis. This view will also include any custom fields you've selected to be visible.
If you have activated the documents and waivers add-on, you will also be able to see the completion status of any attached documents.
If you've activated the Waivers and Document add-on, a list of the required waivers and documents associated with that item will appear next to the guests name. If the Waiver or Document has not yet been filled out you can have the guest fill out the Document on a tablet using the Checkfront Waiver Kiosk view.
Once they have filled out the waiver, you can then search for the waiver by pressing the Incomplete button and attaching the newly filled out document to the booking.
