Fill Out Document
Back to topAfter the Booker completes the Payment step of the booking process, they are taken to the Required Documents page. From here they can click on the Fill out Document button to initiate the process of filling out and signing the document.
The Booker also has the option to return to this step when they finish filling out their document so that they can fill out more documents, share them with, or email them to others!
If the Booker chooses to Continue to the Receipt, then instead of filling out the document, they are given a warning and the option to Fill out Now or Continue and fill out the document later.
Share Document Link
Back to topThe Share Link button opens the option to Copy a private URL to share with others via their preferred method of communication.
Clicking on the private URL opens the document in a browser window, ready to fill out and sign.
Email Link to Participants
Back to topThe Email Participants button opens the option to email the listed documents to other Participants.
The Booker then needs to provide the Name and Email address of each Participant and select the documents to Send. There is an option to + Add as many Participants as needed.
Sign the Document
Back to topWhen it comes time for the Guest to sign the document, they have to click on the signature area to bring up the signature window.

Make sure your document contains a signature variable, otherwise the signing area will not be included in the live document. The default signature variable is {$field id="primary_signature"} |
Once the signature window has opened, it’s simply a case of holding down the mouse button and dragging the cursor to sign the document.
If the signature doesn’t look quite right, then clicking the Retry button will clear the workspace, ready for another shot at it!
Once happy with the signature, the signee clicks the Add Signature button will insert the signature into the document.
Once all sections have been filled in and the steps are complete, the green status bar at the top right reflects this and the Booker or Guest can click on the Submit Document button.
If the Submit Document button is clicked before the steps are complete, then the missing information is highlighted in the document and the Booker or Guest must provide the information before proceeding.
The document is now complete!
The Booker or Guest can print or save the document from the Confirmation page to a PDF for future reference.
Once the Booker is ready to continue, they can either continue to the Receipt page or return to the Required Documents step, if there are more documents to sign.

A copy of the waiver is NOT sent automatically to the Booker when the document is signed. However, if the Booker sends the document to other Guests, then when the Guest signs the document a completion email is sent to the Operator. |
