Starting your waivers & documents free trial

Learn how to activate a free trial of the Waivers & Documents feature, as well as information on upgrading or downgrading your Checkfront plan and how it affects documents.

New to Waivers & Documents? Read the first article in this series for an introduction to Waivers & Documents.

Manage > Integrations > Popular > Waivers

What more do I need to use this feature?
  • A subscription to the appropriate plan (see plan availability above).
  • Admin permissions or restricted permissions for Waivers & Documents.

Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new, or both?
  • The Waivers & Documents feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

 

Products

New to Checkfront - Products ✨

Products (Inventory > Products) is the successor feature to (Inventory > Items) and is available in our newest version of Checkfront.

While the Waivers & Documents integration is available to Plus and Enterprise level accounts, you're welcome to try it if you are on our Soho, Pro, or Trial plans.

 

Waiver Trail Activate

If you're interested, then go to the Waivers integration (Manage > Integrations > Popular). After clicking on the tile, you see the above configuration window. 

Click the Activate button to begin a 14-day free trial of the integration.

 

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Once your free Waivers & Documents trial expires, you can upgrade your plan to one that includes the integration.

If you choose to downgrade your Checkfront plan to one that doesn't include Waivers & Documents, then any documents you created previously remain saved in the system.

Should you choose to upgrade to a plan that includes Waivers & Documents at a later date, then those documents once again become available to you.  

We recommend that you export your documents before your trial expires or before you downgrade your plan.
