In this article, we will review how to navigate and filter bookings within the Booking Calendar including how to navigate by date, as well as, filter by Category, Item, Status, Source, and keyword Search.

The Booking Calendar provides a calendar view by Month, Week, or Day. By default, bookings for Today display. You can jump back (<<) and forward (>>) to past and future dates. Click Today to return to view Today's bookings at any time!
Alternatively, you can choose a specific date by selecting the date from the calendar or entering the date directly into the field provided with the format required dependent on whether you are viewing by Month, Week, or Day.

Clicking on the arrow next to the Search... field under the Category label opens a drop-down menu of available inventory Categories.
Select one or more Categories from the list to filter out bookings by Category, leaving only those from your chosen Categories.
If you have a long list of Categories, simply start entering the name of the Category within the Search... field and the list will be limited to those that start with the same letters. From there, you can easily select the Category!

You can also filter the Booking Calendar for bookings with select Items. Simply click on the arrow next to the Item label to open the Item drop-down menu and the list of available inventory Items will display.
This filter can be used independently or in tandem with the Category filter. If one or more Categories are selected, then the Item list will be restricted to those available for the selected Category or Categories.
As with the Category filter, you can also type in the name of the Item you are looking for in the Search... field and the list will be limited to those Items that match your entry. This is a convenient option for those who have long lists of inventory!

Optionally, you can filter the Booking Calendar by one or more Statuses (Deposit, Paid, Canceled...). The bookings displayed will then be filtered accordingly.
Searching for the Status is a quick option if you are faced with a long list of filter options! Simply start entering the name of the Status in the Search... field at the top of the list.

Search bookings for the calendar dates in view. The following booking information is searchable...
- Customer (Booker) names
- Contact information including phone numbers and email addresses
- Item Names
- Booking codes

Share or Bookmark URLBack to top
You can share a link to the Booking Calendar! Simply copy the URL from the Booking Calendar page browser address bar and paste the link into the desired communication channel. Clicking on the link will bring you to the Booking Calendar with any Date, Category, Item, Status, Source, Search, mode and view filters applied.
The Booking Calendar page can also be bookmarked within your browser so that you can quickly and easily return to your preferred view.
In order to access the linked content, recipients of shared links need to have Staff account access and appropriate permissions to view the Booking Calendar. They will be prompted to log in if they are not already logged in when they click on the link.

You can configure your personal account to retain your filter selections within most reports and features so that you don't have to repeatedly select your preferred filters.
