In this article, we look at what booking information is available with the Booking Daily List and how you can Edit Columns display to suit your needs.

- Bookings by Category and Item/ProductBack to top
As mentioned in the introduction to this series, listings are organized in rows by Category and then Item/Product or Time.
Items/Products or Times can have one or more associated listings depending on your business and configuration.
For each listing, the following information is presented by default...
-- Booking Code (ID)Back to top
The unique identifier associated with the booking. Click on this code to open the Booking Invoice in a separate tab.
-- BookerBack to top
The person who submitted the booking. They may or may not be participating in the booking, depending on your configuration and whether the booking includes additional Guests or not. They may simply be the principal contact for the booking.
The Email address of the Booker.

The Source of the booking (Website, Mobile, Partner, Staff...).
-- StatusBack to top
This is the Status of the booking. Update the booking Status directly from the Booking Daily List. You are asked if you want to send any associated Status Notifications with the change.

Displays the Check In date and time for the item or product, where applicable.

Displays the Check Out date and time for the item or product, where applicable.

The Total amount of the invoice.

Columns display for each Item Parameter or Product Guest Type configured, including Guests counts, if you have the Guest Form (Manage > Integrations > Guest Management) integration enabled.

Edit ColumnsBack to top
By default, the Booking Information described in the previous section displays; however, you can customize which Columns by accessing the Columns modal at the top right of the bookings list.
- Booking Detail ColumnsBack to top
From there, you can choose to include additional Booking Details such as Phone, Address, City, Country, State/Prov, Postal/ Zip, or the Note column and re-order (drag and drop) the Columns to suit your preferred layout.
- - Custom Columns Using Account ParametersBack to top
Included in the list of Booking Detail Columns are any configured account Parameters or Guest Types, which can be included in the Booking Daily List as custom Columns (Qty, Adult, Guests...).
