Archiving a Customer Record
Back to topFind the Customer you need to archive within the Customers Directory and open their Customer Profile. Click the Archive button at the top-right of the Customer Profile page to archive the Customer record and profile.
Archiving the Customer record does not delete previous bookings from the system. |
Click the Activate button to return the Customer record to its previous, unarchived state.
Blocking a Customer from booking automatically unarchives an archived Customer record. Learn more about blocking a Customer with the Blocklist feature here: |
