Detaching bookings
Back to topHas a booking been added to the wrong Customer account, or would you like to break up a single Customer's bookings into separate Customer accounts? Then, you can do so via the Detach button next to each booking within the Customer Profile.
Once a booking has been detached, the booking is listed under Related Bookings. Any bookings with unique email addresses are also listed in the Customers Directory associated with their Customer Profile.
