Configuring form field options
Back to topThe Options tab house the settings which determine whether your field is required or not and whether the field is visible to Customer only, Staff only or both!
For example, you may want your Staff to collect information when taking bookings over the phone, but not want those fields visible on the public booking form. To do this, choose to Show on form, as needed.
You can also mark the field as required.
Above is an example of how a Customer-only field can be identified in your Booking Manager.

When a Staff member edits a booking, they see fields normally hidden from Staff. This gives Staff the power to edit a Customer-only booking field. |
