Configuring form field options
Back to topThe Options tab houses the settings which determine whether your field is required and whether the field is visible to Customers only, Staff only or both!
For example, you may want your Staff to collect information when taking bookings over the phone but not want those fields visible on the public booking form. To do this, choose to Show on form, as needed.
You can also mark the field as required.
See the above example of how a Customer-only field can be identified in your Booking Manager.
When Staff members edit a booking, they see fields usually hidden from Staff. Staff can then edit a Customer-only booking field. |
