Creating a New Status
Back to topCreating a new status is helpful if you find that your business has other actions that you want to communicate to your Staff or Customers.
To arrive at the status page, visit the Statuses tab (Manage > Layout > Statuses).
To create a new status, click on the +Add button below and to the left of the current status list.
All you need to do is choose a Name, that is visible on the invoices, plus a unique Status ID (maximum 5 characters).
When ready, click the blue Create button and your custom status is added to the list.
You can then click on the colour picker button beside the status label to further customize your new status.
In the colour picker, choose your desired status colour and then click OK to apply your selection.
Make sure to select Save when you're done!
