Reviewing Guest Entries
Back to topAs a Staff member, you can view a tab in the Customer invoice view labelled Guests.
Guests can also be searched for using the global search bar at the top right of every page when selecting the magnifying glass icon. Guests may be searched for by their name, email address, or booking ID.
Clicking on this tab opens the Guest view for the booking.
Displayed are the Item List and Guest List sections, similar in view to what the Booker saw during the booking process.
Staff, however, have additional functionality in that they can edit the guest details provided by the Booker during the booking process.
In the next article in the series, we look at manually attaching a document to a Guest record.
