When creating a staff booking from the system backend, you have the ability to select which language the booking notification should be sent out in. If you have an additional language activated in your system a special field will appear on the booking form and is visible to staff members only.
When making a booking, this field allows you to select the language in which the notification will be presented to the customer. The drop-down menu will be pre-populated with any languages that are currently active in your system.
