When creating a Staff booking from the system backend, such as from New Booking (Booking > New Booking), you have the ability to select in which language the booking notification should be sent.
If you have an additional language activated in your system from Customer Languages (Manage > Languages), then a special Customer Language field appears on the booking form and is visible to Staff members only.
When making a booking, this field allows you to select the language in which the notification is presented to the Customer. The drop-down menu is pre-populated with any Customer languages that are currently active in your system.
