- Admin permissions to manage Integrations.
Which Checkfront version supports this feature - classic, new, or both?
- The SMS Notifications feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.

Sending Staff notifications
Back to topTo send notifications to your Staff members, they need to have a mobile number configured in their Checkfront account profile.
You should include the area code, but not the country code. For example, 250-555-5555.

Sending Customer notifications
Back to topConfigure the system customer_phone field within your Booking Form field editor, then Checkfront uses this for mobile notifications.
You may wish to change the default label for Phone to Mobile, and add a tip that explains that you are sending an SMS to this number.
