Sending Staff notifications
Back to topTo send notifications to your Staff members, they need to have a mobile number configured in their Checkfront account profile.
You should include the area code but not the country code—for example, 250-555-5555.

Sending Customer notifications
Back to topYou can configure the system customer_phone field within your Booking Form field editor, then Checkfront uses this for mobile notifications.
You can change the default label for Phone to Mobile and add a tip that explains that you are sending an SMS to this number.
Please note that SMS notifications are one-way, from Checkfront to the recipient. |
