Partner Permissions
Back to topBy default, a Partner account is enabled and gives all Partner permissions.
- Partner-specific Permissions
Back to topPartners can be given a combination of Partner-specific permissions as needed...
-- Process Cash POS Payments
This permission enables the Partner to process payments by POS Cash.
-- Process payments via Payment Provider
This permission enables the Partner to process payments by credit card through your Payment Provider.
-- Process Account Receivable payments (billed later)
This permission enables the Partner to charge the Customer for the booking, using a third-party payment method, and then owe that to your business on an Account Receivable basis.
This feature also includes a field to collect a payment code. This field can be filled with any value and used to help identify the payments or capture a 3rd party code, such as a voucher code. The payment code is included in the Transaction report (Reports > Transaction).
- Product/Item and Category Access Restrictions
Back to topYou can also restrict Partner account access by category or product/item. By default, all products/items and categories are selected.
Simply remove the check mark next to the category or product/item to remove access. Don't forget to Save your changes!
Use the Select All and Select None buttons to add or remove all permissions with one click rather than selecting each permission individually.
- Expand/Collapse
Back to topClick on the Expand/Collapse icon at the top of the Permissions list to quickly and easily expand and collapse the permission sections in one move!
Archive Partner Account
Back to topPartner accounts can be archived if no longer needed or created in error. Simply click the Archive button found at the bottom of the Edit Account page.
Archived accounts can be found with the Partner Accounts list if you filter by the Archived status. From there you can edit the account and Unarchive the Partner if need be.

Archived Partner accounts do not count toward total Partner accounts. If you archive a Partner account, this opens up a space for a new Partner account! |
