Once your Payment Provider is configured, make sure to set up your Ecommerce preferences.

I already have a POS credit card system. Can’t I just store the customer credit card details and enter them in manually?
You may not store credit card numbers in the system. This is against our terms of services and breaks our compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards. For more information, please see PCI compliance.
I am unable to use any of the Payment Providers you have. Can I add my own?
A feature request is a good way to get your requested Payment Provider on our radar (see feature requests). The Payment Provider should be well documented and have a modern API. We tend to add new Payment Providers that will benefit a larger percentage of our customer base and cannot connect to local banks.
Does Checkfront hold my transactions?
Although we make our Payment Providers as seamless as possible, Checkfront does not handle any of the money processed through our booking system. That is controlled entirely by your Payment Provider. We recommend you check out your Payment Provider's support information to see if they hold any of your transactions, and for how long.
