Checkfront supports all modern web browsers and operating systems including Windows, Apple and Linux as well as browsers on most smart devices including the iPad, iPhone and Android. We also have separate apps for iOS and Android that you can download from your devices app-store.

As of June 29, 2017, Checkfront requires browsers that support TLS 1.2, including Internet Explorer 11+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari 7+, and Microsoft Edge. Our Customer-facing booking interface mirrors these requirements.

Back to topSince Checkfront is accessed via your browser, it’s important to have access to a consistent high-speed Internet connection to make the best use of the software. If your Internet connection is unreliable and access to your booking software is critical throughout the day, an online booking system may not be the best option for your business.

What happens if my Internet connection goes down?
The best of Internet providers do on occasion have problems. If you have cellular access and a smart phone/tablet, you can still access Checkfront. You may also wish to enable offline storage in your mail client so you can still gain access to booking invoices when offline.

Is there any way to download Checkfront onto my own server?
No. Checkfront is software-as-a-service (Saas) and does not license the software outside of its network.
