Q: What is Reserve with Google?
A: Reserve with Google is a new Checkfront channel management add-on that allows you to list your products on Google for guests to book.
Q: What if I have multiple locations in my Checkfront account?
A: If you would like to use Reserve with Google for multiple your locations we suggest you have two Checkfront accounts - one for each of your locations. Alternatively, you can select one location to activate and choose only the Checkfront items associated with that location.
Q: How do I issue refunds when using Reserve with Google?
A: Refunds can be processed within Checkfront, similar to other bookings.
Q: What does incompatible mean?
A: Due to limitations within Reserve with Google, only simple configurations can be enabled. Inventory items that take advantage of more complex options are currently incompatible. Selecting Incompatible provides you with a list of these items and the reasons why.
Reserve with Google is only managing daily inventory items that use a fixed start and end time, such as timeslots, single day items, and hourly items that have a fixed start time and a fixed length are acceptable.
Currently, Reserve with Google does not accept night, multi-day, or flexible hourly set-ups.
Q: How do I turn off Reserve with Google?
A: To turn off Reserve with Google simply go to Manage > Add-ons > Reserve with Google and select Disable.
