If you report on your taxes using the Accrual Accounting method when service is delivered (using the booking start or end date), then we can easily report tax amounts in Checkfront.
Some of the reports that include taxes are the Sales Report and the Booking Index. These reports can be filtered by booking Date Source (Start, End...).
You may need to Edit Columns to add the taxes to your report, depending on what taxes you have considered and how your reports are customized.
If you need to report on taxes based on when payment is received (Cash Basis Accounting), you could use the Transaction report and the Booking Index. This gives you both tax amounts and payment dates. |
The tax amounts shown are always based on the full booking amount. They do not show partial taxes if the booking is only partly paid. |
