What more do I need to use this feature?
- An Admin, Staff, or Partner account.
- Access to the associated email account.

Resetting your password
Back to topIf you have forgotten your password, then you can reset it using the Forgot password? link at the bottom of the Login page. Clicking this link opens the Forgot Your Password? page.
Within the Forgot Your Password? page, you need to enter the Email address associated with your account.
If you can't recall the email address associated with the account, then please contact support for help. It happens to the best of us sometimes! |
You are sent an email with a link to reset your password, so check your email! You can have the email resent if need be.
Next, go to your email account to open the email. Check the spam or junk mail folder if the email from Checkfront cannot be found.
Within the email, you see a URL. Click that link to confirm and start the password change.
You are taken to the Change Your Password page, where you can reset your password.
Make sure that your password contains the following:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
That's it! Your password has been changed, and you can navigate Back to the Booking Manager.
