Tags are a feature that allows you to further identify Items using functionality similar to labels. Tags can be used within the Customer Booking Page, Booking Widget and reports to group and filter like Items across Categories or to sub-categorize Items.

Use Tags to identify Items across Categories that share locations.
|Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax|
Use Tags to identify Items across Categories by Pricing Tier.

Use Tags to identify activity Items with shared themes across Categories.
|Beach, Mountain, City, Desert|
||Use Tags to identify Items by the level of difficulty within the same Category e.g. hiking tours.||Easy, Moderate, Challenging|
|Use Tags to identify rental Items by size within the same Category e.g. bike rentals by bike wheel sizes.||12", 16", 18", 20", 24"|
|Keep in mind, that Items can have one or more Tags, so Users can then filter by one or more Tags within the Customer Booking Pages. Results will include listings that are configured with ALL selected Tags.|
You may have first encountered Tags when you created or edited an Item within the Items - Inventory Builder.

You can find the list of created Tags for your account under Inventory and then Categories. Simply select the Tags tab to reveal the list!
