Can I provide Purchase Protection to my Customer Staff-side?

What if my Customer doesn't want the policy anymore?
This would be considered a void of their policy. In the US, Customers have 72 hours to void a purchased policy, and outside of the US they have 14 days.
Within this void window, Customers can connect with Protecht to cancel their policy and a refund for the premium will be provided to you from Protecht within 3-5 business days, so that you can then refund the value to them.
Outside this void window, customers are unable to void their policy and receive their premium amount back.
I have an Item which costs less than the $3000 USD per Item limit, but have 3 guests that want to book it together, which will take them over the limit for the policy. What should I do?
The recommendation is to break each guest out as a separate line item, booking each one individually (but within the same booking). This lets them get around the $3000 USD limit and still have all the guests attend!
