How do I find a Customer by phone number?

Admin permissions or restricted permissions to access Reports & Booking Data.
The Search feature is available to both those using items (Inventory > Items), a key feature of our classic version of Checkfront, and those using products (Inventory > Products), a key feature of our newest version of Checkfront.
The need to find a Customer's phone number quickly and easily!

To find a Customer by phone number. Start by finding the Search icon at the top of any page.

Enter Phone Number

The Search field reveals itself along with other recent Searches. Enter the phone number in this field.

Search Results

Results begin to narrow as you enter the number. Find the Customer you are looking for and click on the record.

Customer Details

This takes you to the matching Customer Details page!

Invoice notes: Invoices matching any keyword matches
Form Fields: All non-archived booking form fields
Guest Information: All guest form fields and guest details (if using Guest Forms)
Booker names, emails, phone numbers, and fields (such as address)
